White Gum Valley – Cladding & Windows Are In!

Quick progress for our White Gum Valley House! The cladding is on for the first floor addition and windows are in. The interior shots of the ground floor show the heat exchange unit that has been installed. This works by bringing in a fresh supply of air through the ducts while purging the old air from the rooms through the heat exchange unit. This means that the incoming and outgoing air exchange heat so that all new incoming air is temperature adjusted to the rooms. This significantly reduces costs of keeping the air temperature constant. Head to the project page to see a lot more progress shots: http://ecohabit.com.au/project/white-gum-valley-residence/
